Designed to help your staff develop their skills over time - we don’t believe in “one and done'“ training. That’s why everyone who attends a Windy City Training course gets free ongoing support to apply the skills they’ve learnt for 12 months.
We specialise in group training at a standard rate of $5000 + GST to design and deliver a full-day course for up to 20 staff, anywhere in New Zealand.
Manager-on-Demand
Windy City Training can provide a manager to support your team or project for as little as an hour at a time.
Our Manager-on-Demand service will help you:
deliver critical projects and priorities, with flexible access to a safe pair of hands to support your team
develop capability within your team, rather than seeing experience walk out the door at the end of a contract
keep control over your budget, as you’ll only pay for what you use and leverage the staff you already have first.
