Patrick is a seasoned public servant, with rich experience working in central and local government in New Zealand and Australia over the past two decades.

They have worked in leadership roles across a range of different areas, including:

• transport policy and planning

• public health

• housing, land and resource management

• legislative and regulatory reform

• economic analysis

• public transport operations
